We use a tool we refer to as your "organizer"
to help you gather important information about personal and/or business
finances. Simply a questionnaire which addresses pertinent tax information,
it's used it as a starting point for assessing your taxes and
preparing your return.
You can email us here to request an electronic or printed copy of our organizer, or you can click on the link below to directly download a printable version now. The direct download of our organizer requires you have Adobe Acrobat installed on your machine. If you need Acrobat (which is free and included with recent browser programs) click here. You probably already have Acrobat installed. Once you have downloaded the organizer you can print it out or save it to your hard drive. Missing page numbers are intentional. |
